Inspectors used portable VOCs detectors to give several alarms during on-site detection. Although the enterprise implemented the control requirements, the actual VOCs emission reduction ratio did not meet the requirements.
In Zhenhua Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the inspection team found that although the outdoor spraying operation of the enterprise has been completely stopped, and the measures for stopping the painting room and pretreatment line wheel have been implemented, there are still problems such as direct discharge of outdoor welding waste gas and overflow of waste gas from the painting room. The inspectors hope that enterprises can demand themselves according to the standards of large state-owned enterprises and industry benchmarks, draw lessons from relevant cases, further strengthen the replacement of water-based coatings, improve the efficiency of collection and treatment, ensure the normal operation of environmental protection facilities, and properly solve the problem of unorganized emission of waste gas.
In Sinochem Nantong Petrochemical Storage and Transportation Co., Ltd., the inspection team saw that the enterprise had responded positively to the requirements of Level II control, and the unloading time was adjusted to night, that is, from 18: 00 on the same day to 8: 00 on the next day. On-site inspection did not find the phenomenon of gasoline and diesel oil loading and unloading during the day. The inspection team checked the equipment status of oil and gas recovery pipelines, oil storage tanks, oil unloading points and other locations, and required companies to continue to cooperate with management and control requirements, and effectively meet emission reduction requirements on the basis of ensuring safety and protecting people's livelihood.
